Hours are reserved per month and used for maintenance, small adjustments, optimizations, or new features. Unused hours expire at month-end. With annual billing, up to 20% of yearly hours can be flexibly distributed across the contract term.

For critical emergencies (full outage, data loss) we respond 24/7. The guaranteed SLA applies to regular tickets during business hours.

Yes. Monthly plans are cancellable to the end of the month. Annual plans run 12 months and auto-renew by 1 month unless cancelled 30 days before expiry.

Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately (pro-rated billing); downgrades apply from the next monthly cycle.
