For critical emergencies (full outage, data loss) we respond 24/7. The guaranteed SLA applies to regular tickets during business hours.
Yes. Monthly plans are cancellable to the end of the month. Annual plans run 12 months and auto-renew by 1 month unless cancelled 30 days before expiry.
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately (pro-rated billing); downgrades apply from the next monthly cycle.
